Tuition • Students registered 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. must arrive at 8:30 and be picked up promptly at 3:00 p.m. Students registered in the extended care program may attend between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The aftercare is a separate price which is paid to the Aftercare Director. Aftercare begins at 3:00p.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. • We have partnered with Gulf Coast bank’s tuition financing department. The bank will loan our parents tuition for the entire school year (10 months). • If you choose to pay tuition monthly it will be automatically debited on the 1st of each month there will be an additional 50.00 admin fee. Tuition is considered late after the 5th of each month. If the debit is returned for any reason, a 35.00 fee will be charged. • Fees are non-refundable and due regardless of illness, absenteeism, holidays, or emergency closings. Yes, MCA does provide before care beginning at 7:30AM. Our after care is until 5:30PM for our toddler, preschool and primary classes. Infants tuition includes aftercare. Please view our tuition rates for additional information.

Enrollment for new students typically opens the first week of January and closes once all classes are filled. To inquire about enrollment, please call 985-674-2720.

Summer camp is available in two sessions June and July. Students can enroll in our 5-day summer program that will be three weeks long in June and three weeks long in July.

Yes, MCA accepts students with special needs.

Snacks and lunch are not provided. With diverse student diets, parents do send all snacks and lunch with their child daily.
