FAQ

  • What is the cost of tuition?
    Tuition Students registered 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. must arrive at 8:30 and be picked up promptly at 3:00 p.m. Students registered in the extended care program may attend between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The aftercare is a separate price which is paid to the Aftercare Director. Aftercare begins at 3:00p.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. We have partnered with Gulf Coast bank’s tuition financing department. The bank will loan our parents tuition for the entire school year (10 months). You may also pay monthly however you will be charged an admin fee of $25.00 each month for this option. If you choose to pay tuition monthly or automatically debited on the 1st of each month there will be an additional 25.00 charge and is considered late after the 5th of each month. If the debit is returned for any reason, a 30.00 fee will be charged. Fees are non-refundable and due regardless of illness, absenteeism, holidays, or emergency closings.   • Does MCA provide before/after care?
    Yes, MCA does provide before care beginning at 7:30AM. Our after care is until 5:30PM for our toddler, preschool and primary classes. Please view our tuition rates for additional information.
  • Where can I find the school's academic calendar?

  • When is new student enrollment?
    Public enrollment for new students typically opens the first week of February and closes once all classes are filled. To inquire about enrollment, please call 985-674-2720.
  • Does MCA have a summer camp?
    Summer camp is available in two sessions June and July. Students can enroll in our 5-day summer program that will be three weeks long in June and three weeks long in July.
  • Does MCA accept students with special needs?
    Yes, MCA accepts students with special needs.
  • Is daily lunch provided at MCA?
    Lunch is not provided. Students who attend full-day classes should bring their own lunch.
